Para filha de Temer, impeachment não seria positivo para democracia

Em meio ao processo de impeachment da presidente Dilma Rousseff, a filha do vice-presidente Michel Temer, Luciana Temer, vem se demonstrando receosa quanto ao processo de impedimento da presidente Dilma Rousseff, já que "não seria algo positivo à estabilidade democrática do país".

"O impeachment não é algo bom em lugar nenhum. Não se pode comemorar, já que 24 anos é um tempo muito curto de sustentação democrática para você ter dois impedimentos", disse.

A afirmação foi feita a alunos do curso de direito da PUC, em São Paulo, onde Luciana Temer leciona direito constitucional há cerca de 20 anos. Ela, contudo, refutou a tese de golpe, que vem sendo defendida pelo PT e parte do governo.

"Este processo, porém, é um processo com bases jurídicas. É errado dizer que isso é um golpe, já que há uma previsão constitucional", disse. Para ela, o fato é que há um suporte para a investigação sobre crime de responsabilidade da presidente em relação as pedaladas fiscais.

Ainda falando aos alunos, Luciana se mostrou contrária a antecipação de novas eleições. "Uma nova eleição é golpe, pois não está prevista na Constituição", disse.

Dilma reconhece que, caso supere o impeachment, pode ser obrigada a antecipar as eleições para este ano.

Luciana Temer não quis se manifestar. Ela é secretária de Assistência e Desenvolvimento Social da gestão Fernando Haddad (PT), em São Paulo, mas faz questão de desvincular-se de políticas partidárias, apoiando-se a um perfil técnico para a função.
