Em depoimento à Justiça Federal em Curitiba no último dia 21, Eduardo Leite, ex-funcionário da empreiteira Camargo Corrêa, disse ter sido contatado pelo governo americano por intermédio da força-tarefa da Lava Jato para negociar uma possível colaboração com autoridades dos EUA.
