Os debates presidenciais dos Estados Unidos costumam ser uma oportunidade para os candidatos atraírem votos. O deste domingo, no entanto, foi marcado pela ostensiva troca de insultos entre o republicano Donald Trump e a democrata Hillary Clinton.
O encontro entre os dois, o segundo, ocorreu na Universidade de Washington, em St. Louis, Missouri, faltando menos de um mês para as eleições de 8 de novembro. E poderia marcar a derrocada do bilionário, alvo de uma série de recentes más notícias.
The presidential debates of the United States used to be one opportunity to candidate attract votes. On this Sunday, however, was remarked by the ostensive change of insults between the republican Donald and democratic Hillary.

Um vídeo publicado às vésperas do confronto, em que Trump faz comentários obscenos sobre mulheres e sugere agressões sexuais, criou o momento mais delicado em sua candidatura até aqui.
Diversos líderes de seu partido retiraram o apoio ao empresário. Alguns chegaram inclusive a pedir que ele desista de concorrer por causa do conteúdo agressivo da gravação, feita em 2005 - apesar da repercussão negativa, porém, Trump garantiu que não vai renunciar.
Mas como este caso e outras polêmicas repercutiram no evento transmitido pela TV ao redor do mundo? Confira os cinco momentos mais importantes:

Como já era esperado, o vídeo de Trump foi mencionado logo no início do debate.
Depois da insistência do moderador Anderson Cooper, Trump finalmente negou ter realizado os atos que descreveu na gravação, como beijar e molestar mulheres sem consentimento.
E contra-atacou: "O caso de Bill Clinton é muito pior. O meu foram apenas palavras. O dele foram atos".
1. Sexual scandals.

Depois do primeiro debate, em 26 de setembro, Trump já tinha indicado que abordaria os escândalos sexuais envolvendo Bill Clinton no encontro deste domingo.
A promessa foi cumprida antes mesmo do início do evento: o milionário concedeu uma entrevista coletiva com três mulheres que acusam o ex-presidente de abuso sexual e uma quarta que foi violentada por um homem que Hillary defendeu como advogada décadas atrás.
As mulheres, Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broaddrick e Kathy Shelton, acompanharam o debate como convidadas pessoais do republicano.
After the first debate, in 26th September, Trump had already indicated he would approach the sexual scandals involving Bill Clinton in the meeting of this Sunday.
The promise complied even before the beginning of the event: the millionaire conceded one collective interview with three women who accuse the ex-president of sexual abuse and one-fourth who was violented by one man who Hillary defended as lawyer some years ago.
The women, Paula, Kathleen, Juniata and Kathy followed the debate as personal invited people of republican.

Hillary evitou falar sobre elas e as acusações de Trump. E citou uma fala da primeira-dama Michelle Obama: "quando eles baixam o nível, nós subimos".
Hillary avoided talking about them and the Trump's prosecutions. And cited one talk of first-woman Michele Obana: "when they decrease the level, we go up."

2. Hillary na prisão?
O escândalo dos emails enviados por Hillary usando um servidor privado enquanto ocupava o cargo de secretária de Estado é uma das controvérsias que perseguem a candidata. E como já era esperado, o assunto voltou a ser mencionado no debate.
A democrata manteve a postura do primeiro encontro e reconheceu que é responsável pelo erro. No entanto, ressaltou que o FBI investigou e já arquivou o caso sem indiciá-la.
2. Hillary in the presion?

Trump, por sua vez, prometeu que se chegar à Casa Branca vai criar uma Promotoria Especial para voltar a examinar o episódio.
A candidata respondeu ser "muito bom que alguém com o temperamento de Donald Trump não seja responsável pelas leis" nos EUA.
E ele rebateu: "Porque você estaria na prisão".
Trump, in his time, promised that if he reaches the White House will create one Special promotery to go back and examinated the episode.

O comentário, que gerou risos e aplausos do público, foi condenado por democratas e republicanos.
O ex-procurador-geral Eric Holder, que atuou durante o governo de Barack Obama, tuitou: "Nos Estados Unidos, não ameaçamos colocar nossos adversários políticos na prisão. Donald Trump disse que faria isso. Está prometendo abuso de poder presidencial".
Ari Fleischer, secretário de imprensa da Casa Branca durante a presidência de George W. Bush, e eleitor de Trump, escreveu no Twitter que "presidentes não ameaçam processar indivíduos".

3. A polêmica dos impostos
Desde o início de sua campanha, o bilionário se recusa a publicar suas declarações de imposto de renda. A divulgação não é obrigatória, mas é usada como uma forma de mostrar transparência na política norte-americana.
Uma semana antes do debate, o jornal The New York Times publicou documentos vinculados a uma suposta declaração dos impostos de Trump no ano de 1995.
The polemic of fees

De acordo com os documentos, ele declarou à época ter registrado prejuízos de mais de US$ 916 milhões (R$ 2,950 bilhões). Como resultado, acabou isento de recolher imposto de renda federal por um período de 18 anos.
O moderador perguntou a Trump: "O prejuízo de US$ 916 milhões foi utilizado para evitar o pagamento de impostos federais de renda?". O candidato respondeu: "Sim, claro que fiz isso".

4. Trump x Pence
Se os debates presidenciais têm grande destaque nas eleições americanas, os encontros entre os vice-presidentes costumam ser menos relevantes. Não foi o caso do embate entre Mike Pence e Tim Kaine, no último dia 4.
Para muitos conservadores, a segurança que Pence, companheiro de chapa de Trump, mostrou durante o debate foi um alívio. Tanto que vários dos republicanos que pediram a renúncia do empresário durante o fim de semana sugeriram que o posto fosse ocupado pelo candidato a vice.
